Tentmaker58 dashboard overview

Ministry is more than the records you keep.

Records tell you who your people are. Tentmaker58 is being built to help your church do the work that happens around them — caring for people, planning worship, leading the church, and advancing the mission.

And it works alongside the denominational systems your church already relies on. Keep using eAdventist for official membership records and AdventistGiving for tithe and offerings — Tentmaker58 focuses on the operational work that happens around them.

Technology in service of ministry.

Tentmaker58 began with a simple conviction: church technology should help people spend less time administering ministry and more time doing it. The name reflects that — a commitment to use practical skills in service of God's work, the way Paul supported his ministry as a tentmaker. We're building tools for the people who quietly keep ministry moving every week: pastors, ministry leaders, church officers, coaches, and volunteers.

Mission

Mission doesn't end when you knock on the door.

Your church distributes literature, visits neighborhoods, and meets people who want prayer, Bible studies, or another visit. Tentmaker58 helps your team remember what happens next.

  • ✓ Know which territories have been covered.
  • ✓ Know which homes were visited, and what happened there.
  • ✓ Know where literature was distributed.
  • ✓ Know who requested a follow-up, and who's responsible for it.

Coming next

Pathfinder is next on our roadmap, building on the same foundation as Bible Experience — and we're not stopping there. Tentmaker58 is actively adding new modules for the ministries Adventist churches run.

Sound familiar?

Ministry shouldn't have to run on spreadsheets and group chats.

Your church distributes literature to hundreds of homes on a Saturday afternoon. By Monday, can you say which streets were covered, which homes asked you to return, and who requested Bible studies? Member information lives in one place, volunteer schedules live somewhere else, and ministry leaders coordinate over separate group chats. Tentmaker58 brings those pieces together — one platform, one church, one place to keep ministry moving.

Built for Adventist ministry

Built differently, because Adventist churches work differently.

Most church management platforms are built for churches in general. Tentmaker58 is being built around the real workflows of local Seventh-day Adventist churches — Sabbath services, the church board, the Church Clerk's minutes, the Pastor and Head Elder, Bible Experience, and literature distribution and community outreach. You shouldn't have to reshape your ministry around your software. Your software should understand your ministry.

FAQ

Common questions

Your records tell you who your people are. Tentmaker58 helps you organize what you're doing together.

What counts as an "active person"?

Anyone your church manages in Tentmaker58 with a current relationship to your organization — members, regular volunteers, and program participants like Bible Experience or Pathfinder kids. It's not just people who log in, and it's not limited to baptized members. There's no separate charge for how many staff or ministry leaders have accounts — every paid plan includes unlimited admin/leader logins.

How much does Tentmaker58 cost?

Paid plans start at $29/month and scale with the number of active people your church serves — see the full pricing page. A limited Founding Church Pilot is also available for a small number of churches; details are on the pricing page.

What if my church already uses another system?

Tentmaker58 is designed to work alongside the systems your church already uses. We can help you identify where it fits into your existing ministry workflow, without replacing tools that are already serving you well.

Does Tentmaker58 replace eAdventist or our denominational system?

No — keep using it. eAdventist remains the system of record for membership and denominational reporting. Tentmaker58 focuses on the work of ministry around those records: organizing ministry teams, scheduling services, assigning responsibilities, and coordinating volunteers. Think of eAdventist as the system of record and Tentmaker58 as the system of action — they're designed to work alongside each other, not compete.

Is our church's information secure?

Sign-in is handled by Microsoft Entra, information is encrypted in transit, and access is limited by role and organization — read more on our Security page.

Do you support Pathfinders?

Pathfinder-specific tools are on our roadmap, building on the same foundation as Bible Experience. Reach out if that's what your church needs most.
